How can I view a sample of the videos contained on this site?
We have published a short list of videos to provide you with an example of the content. These videos can be viewed by clicking on the Free Sample Training link at the bottom of the home page.
Can we decide which videos will be available to members of our organization?
Yes. We can selectively designate which videos will be available to your team members. By default, all videos on the site will be available.
Are group discounts available?
Yes. Please reveiw the Subscribe page by clicking on the buttom just below the log-in area.
Can multiple users log-in using the same log-in credentials?
No. This would be a violation of our terms and conditions and we have security measures in place to prevent this. An individual subcription is inteneded to be used by one user. If multiple users from the same organization want to subscribe they can do so via a group subscription.
Can the content be customized to match our business procedures and practices?
We can produce custom videos for your organization for an additional fee. Once they are published to the site only your users would be able to view them. We can also create a custom site for your organization.
Will more content be added to the site?
Yes. We are continuously adding new content to the site. Please let us know if there are particular topics or products that you would like to have us include.
Can we include users that are not part our organization?
Yes. You can designate which individuals are linked to your group subscription.
Can I log-in from any computer or location?
Yes. You can log-in to the site from any computer connected to the internet. You can not log-in from multiple computers at the same time.
Can I use a credit card to pay for my subscription?
Yes. We accept Mastercard and Visa. More information is available on the subscription form.
How long will it take to activate my account once my payment has been received?
New accounts will typcially be activated within 24 hours of receiving payment.
